Smoothies are one of the best ways to start out your day. They’re easy, they’re portable, they’re good for you and they taste good. It’s a win-win-win-win situation. Now that people are getting a little more creative with their smoothie concoctions, they can be a great way to sneak in some ingredients that branch out beyond the strawberry-banana combo. Load up your blender with spinach or kale and fruit to make a nutritious, green smoothie. With a little bit of oatmeal, peanut butter and chia sees, your smoothie will definitely keep you full until lunch.
